They soon find that positive changes do not have to take a long time or be difficult to achieve.

What age do our clients start smoking?
Some of our clients have started smoking as early as 4 years old and some as late as in their 30′s. The majority start in their teens or early 20′s – mainly owing to peer pressure, wanting to appear more adult, or to rebel against authority. These are just some of the many different reasons.
How long our clients have been smoking
Anywhere from 3 years all the way through to 50+ years. We have clients who come and see us, having not had a cigarette for 6 months, just so that they can eliminate the urges once and for all.
Why our clients smoke
Many different reasons, but the main ones are to: relax, concentrate, relieve boredom, boost confidence. Smoking is also: a habit, a prop, an excuse for a break, etc.
Methods our clients have previously tried in order to stop smoking
Patches and NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy – Inhalers, Nicotine gum, etc.) are the most popular, but willpower also features very highly in the list. More and more often we are now seeing many clients who have tried the drug Zyban and also other hypnotherapy services without success. We also see many people who have tried acupuncture and other alternative therapies. It is because of these failures that our clients have experienced in the past that we have a no commitment appointment and free consultation before you decide you want to go ahead.
