Why only One Session
When people think about therapy they often think about it being hard and long and typically if they have suffered for let’s say a phobia for heights for 5 years then it will take a similar time to obtain freedom from it.
As we do not believe in long drawn out therapy in the traditional sense (please see Is this therapy) as frankly it just to depressing and who’s got the time these days to take time out your busy lifestyle to travel to and attend session after session after session week after week after week, whilst juggling around with the rest of our lives.
So we have over the past 11 years (since 2000) developed a highly successful system that gets you away from what you are looking to avoid or fear from or is affecting your life in a negative way to where you want to go to in a quick, effortless and fun way. OK so I have mentioned the f word fun, and you wouldn’t normally associate fun with therapy or getting rid of phobia’s, bad memories, panic attacks, stopping smoking or losing weight would you.
Our successful system starts when you first take action to free yourself from the things that are holding you back, making you unhappy or affecting you and yours in a negative way.
So here’s what happens when you call us we will find out in broad terms what your issue is then we will explain exactly what is going to happen moving positively forward.
At this stage when we have answered all your questions we go right ahead and make an appointment, which we will confirm with an email that confirms what you need to do prior to the appointment and how to find us and everything that you will need. We make it as easy as possible at every change, simply because we feel that change should be easy, quick and fun.
When you get to us we will answer any question that you have and we encourage you to write this down so that you don’t forget when you are with us, and only when you are fully comfortable do we get ion with getting you to where you want to be.
